Responsibility:
1. To draft and review contract, agreement and other legal documents;
2. To do legal and precedent case searching;
3. To assist legal counsels in preparation of commercial meeting, negotiation, arbitration and litigation;
4. To do registration, amendment and annual examination of the legal entities, branch companies and rep offices;
5. Legal document recording and filing;
6.To provide legal and compliance training/education to staff and employees on laws, regulations, company policies and procedures;
7. To support compliance investigation / compliance proactive review related remediation related efforts;
8. To do the translation of legal documents
9. Other matters entrusted by Legal Director and legal counsels.

Qualifications：
1 Graduate / Post graduate degree in Law. Graduating in 2014 is preferred.
2.Qualified attorney preferable
3.General knowledge of company /commercial legal environment and other general business related laws, rules and regulations.
4.Knowledge of laws related to intellectual property rights, especially patent, trademark and copyright.
5. Good command of English.
